Los Angeles 2010, day three

Finally, the last post! The next to last day we went to Universal Studios. The studio tour was great and the 3D King Kong thing was amazing, but otherwise I wasn’t too impressed by the park. The Simpsons ride was pretty cool, but it gave me some mild motion sickness. I chickened out from going on the Jurassic Park ride, despite it being one of my top favourite movies, since you couldn’t tell from the outside how far the drop was. Henrik said I didn’t miss much though.

In the evening we went to Griffith Observatory. I wanted to go there mostly because it’s in Earth Girls are Easy, and I’m so glad we did. The view was spectacular and the building was beautiful and it was the perfect ending to the trip.

I really had a wonderful time in L.A. and this is probably my favourite trip so far. I hope I’ll get to go back some day. I especially loved the palm trees everywhere. I’m extremely fond of palm trees, they’re the most glamorous of trees and so exotic to me so I thought everything was just beautiful.

Haha I love the shark pictures

How fun! I actually saw some wedding photos of a couple who had a psycho themed wedding at the bates motel! I’m not sure if it was that same one or if there is another reproduction someplace, but I thought it was good idea!

Took the same picture of my kids with their heads up the shark! We had a great time at Universal.
