Flea market score

Last weekend I found this great early 50s novelty print sundress at a flea market. It even has a matching belt and bolero and is probably one of my best flea market finds. It was way too big for me and was really dirty, but at 75 SEK (about $12) I couldn’t pass it up. Luckily the dirt washed away and I’ve taken it in to fit me. The nautical print is great! I especially love the red faced scaly mermaids.

The best thing about this picture is that I didn’t know I was making a face. I was just concerned about which camera lens Henrik was using or something.

What an amazingly lovely find! It’s darling, especially the hat!

Hey Johanna,

I love your blog :o) can you please tell which lipstick you are wearing in this post? Love the shade.

Thanks! It’s Clinique’s Color Surge lipstick in Flamenco, my favourite red.

So jealous, what a fantastic treasure, you look stunning. x

Wonderful outfit…the fabric of that dress is so perfect for summer, and the hat goes so well with it. Such a great find!

That is the best print EVER. Such a good find and you did a great job taking it in.

Oh it’s gorgeous, lucky you! :) I love that mirror too!

Love it! Adorable dress and hair.. that mirror is also wonderful.

So lovely!

Johanna, could you tell me what product & shade you use for your eyebrows? It looks just like the shade I’ve been looking for for ages. Thank you!

Thank you everyone!

Mascha: In these pictures I’m wearing an Isadora eyebrow pencil in “warm brown”. I actually think it’s a bit too reddish for me, but it works.

Cool dress, perhaps the mermaids are *blushing*, hence the red face : ))
