Finally back again and ready to blog about the rest of our New York trip!

Here are some photos from our second day.

This day we went to the Museum of Natural History. As you may know I’m a lifelong dinosaur fan and I was excited to see some classic specimens I’ve read about in books since I was a little kid.

I’m really fascinated by Deinocheirus.

Apart from the dinosaurs I loved all the primitive art, especially the Mexican. My feet hurt so much that it was hard to enjoy the rest of the museum and we hurried through the taxidermy displays and stuff. I don’t think my feet has ever hurt as much as during this trip, I was almost crying from it one night.

We walked home alongside Central Park and that walk was for some reason one of my favourite parts of the trip.

On the way back we stopped by FAO Schwarz, checked out the Plaza Hotel (because we’re fans of Home Alone 2) and looked at more Christmas Window displays.

The Van Cleef and Arpels windows were really beautiful.
