Better late than never so I finally edited some photos of my Halloween costume. I was an unseelie faerie queen in some sort of pseudo medieval style via the 60s.
I made everything myself as ususal, apart from the gloves which weren’t part of the original plan and just happened to match very well. The crown was simply made from cardboard, and the big braids are a pair of stuffed black tights.
Some outtakes from that Halloween photo shoot.
Some photos from the day before Halloween.
I made this dress to wear as part of my Halloween costume. I’ve wanted a dress like this for a long time so I took the opportunity to make it properly despite being barely visible in my actual Halloween costume.
I made these Halloween bat decorations inspired by some old Christmas decorations of mine. They’re available in my Etsy shop!
A few more photos from Halloween, hanging out with the devil (aka Liselotte Eriksson).
Okay, here are tons of photos of my Miss Fury costume!
I made the costume myself as usual. I was expecting making a catsuit without a pattern to be tricky, but it was surprisingly quick and easy. The hood took some serious fiddling before it fit perfectly all over though, I had to make tons of adjustments. The claws were made from polymer clay.
I’m too tired to go through all the photos of my costume today, but here are two quick ones!
I was Miss Fury, a 1940s comic book heroine who wears a panther skin and fights nazis.
